As a mailbox business customer, you get a lot of flexibility:

Add or remove email addresses at any time. Change account price plans with immediate effect. Adjust the storage space you have booked at short notice and only pay for what you need. - VAT invoices
You will receive a monthly VAT bulk invoice. Payment by bank transfer or Direct Debit can be arranged. - Short notice period
No annual contracts: Our customers tend to be with us because they want to be with us. At mailbox, notice periods are short as a matter of principle.
Advice, planning & migration
Not quite sure yet what exactly you need? Or do you already have a large amount of data in the cloud and are reluctant to move it? Whether it is Gmail, Microsoft 365, another hosting company, or even your own custom solution: professional help is available before, during and after your migration.

Everything under control. As a Business Mail customer, you get access to your own administration interface to configure or change your mail hosting settings at any time.

Manage your contract, domains, mailboxes, forwarding rules, passwords, storage space and all other account settings in a single place. - Enable individual settings
Specify if you want your users to be able to change their individual settings for spam filter, blacklist and backup. - Groupware in user groups
Define different user groups within your account. This makes it easier to share groupware resources such as calendars, contacts and files. - API for professionals
Do you maintain a larger IT environment and have your own administration processes? Or would you like to make our services available to your users as a reseller on your own website? All settings can be easily integrated into your infrastructure and modified through our API.
Server location in Germany
As a business customer, you benefit from the fact that our servers are physically located in Germany. We operate our services exclusively in redundant data centres in Berlin, and these meet the highest security standards. Your data is therefore subject to strict German data protection law and the GDPR - a decisive advantage when it comes to compliance requirements. We ensure maximum security through comprehensive physical and technical protection measures in our data centres. Most importantly, your data does not get transferred abroad, which avoids legal uncertainty.
