Our business customers choose a service package (Silver, Gold, Platinum) in line with their individual support level requirements. Please refer to mailbox.org Business for more information.
Business customers can support us at firstname.lastname@example.org. No support for non-business customers here!
Our office hours
Our offices are open from Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm local time. During our office hours, we will be happy to respond to any written support requests (e.g., support tickets). If you are in an emergency situation (e.g., you lost your password), we will do our utmost to try and respond as quickly as we can, even outside office hours, if possible.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer telephone support for private customers.
