Service for business customers

We offer service and support to all Business account administrators, in line with the booked service package. Please contact our helpdesk.

Users of business inboxes can contact our helpdesk, as specified in your chosen service package.

Our office hours

Our offices are open from Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm local time. During our office hours, we will be happy to respond to any written support requests (e.g., support tickets). If you are in an emergency situation (e.g., you lost your password), we will do our utmost to try and respond as quickly as we can, even outside office hours, if possible.
