Your role
- You take responsibility: As an experienced supporter with a strong technical understanding, you take responsibility for processes, documentation and the implementation of new ideas in the support team.
- Our users are close to your heart: You process customer enquiries (1st and 2nd level support), provide assistance and search for and analyse errors - mainly by e-mail provider, but also directly with the customer on the phone.
- You like to communicate: you find suitable solutions and convey them charmingly. Even with parallel enquiries, you remain friendly and patient.
- You love variety: In addition to customer communication, you also work closely with our administrators and form the interface between customers and internal IT.
Your profile
- You are enthusiastic about IT: You have experience in IT support. Knowledge of Linux, mail servers (Postfix, Dovecot) and spam protection is an advantage.
- You are customer-oriented and organised: You work professionally, solution-oriented, friendly and also patient in dealing with our customers. You show initiative in making suggestions for improvement.
- You are a team player: You are motivated, reliable, like to coordinate with colleagues and yet work independently and in a structured manner.
- You are fluent in German (at least B2 level) and can also communicate in English.
