The mailbox.org Office includes a fully-featured address book. In fact, several address books, so that you can keep everything organised: addresses, photos, or birthdays. Any associated postal address can also be shown on a map with a single mouse click.
Import your addresses: Import your contacts via vCard or CSV format, or directly per mouse-click from Facebook, Gmail, XING, and other selected social networks.

Your Calendar
With the mailbox.org Office, you can keep an eye on all events with your Calendar, no matter if you are online or offline. Invite friends, family, and work colleagues to events via e-mail – while you’re logged in, mailbox.org Office will alert you with a reminder.

Import your appointments via ICS file or simply link your mailbox.org calendar to the calendars you have with other selected providers or social networks.

Offline mode
Calendars, contacts, e-mails, tasks, files: You can access all of these, even when you’re offline - for example, when you’re on a flight. Any changes made while a user is offline are automatically synchronised with our servers as soon as they are online again.
Automatic calendar and address book sync:
This works on almost all devices, thanks to the universal CalDAV and CardDAV protocols.

Either directly via the mailbox.org Office in your web browser, or via the Drive-client on your mobile device.
